If you don't know your ring size then you can easily work it out with our FREE printable ring sizer.

For Australian residents you can expect the below shipping times:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
FREE EXCHANGES FOR WRONG SIZE
We know that finding the right ring size can be tricky online.
So, if you cop the wrong size, we'll swap it out for another size of the same ring for free.
To start an exchange, you must:
- Lodge your enquiry within 14 days of delivery
- Photo evidence of ring being unworn/ undamaged
- Can return the goods unused and in their original packaging (we cover return shipping within AUS)
- Your new size request
- Email enquiry at hello@saxethelabel.com.au
All exchange approvals are at the discretion of Saxe The Label.
RETURNS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
If for whatever reason your rings arrive damaged we will provide you with a choice of full refund or exchange for same product as long as you:
- Lodge your enquiry within 24hrs of delivery
- Photo evidence of damage
- Can return the goods unused and in their original packaging (we cover return shipping within AUS)
